AC’s football field to be named “Minnich Field”

The Adams Central School Board last night approved a recommendation from a group of teachers/coaches to name the school's football field "Minnich Field" in honor of Rick Minnich, former teacher, coach and administrator. The recommendation, signed by Michael Mosser, Aaron McClure, Cary Blake and Dave Neuenschwander, stated that the group would like to erect two signs and hold a brief recognition or celebration in either June or at the first home football game of the 2017 season.
