Adams County escapes weekend tornado threat

Heavy rains continued to pelt parts of the county at times over the weekend, but Adams County residents barely missed a tornado threat that placed Wells and Allen County in Indiana and Mercer and Darke counties in Ohio under warnings late Saturday afternoon.
