Berne City Mayor Bill McKean announced at council meeting on Monday evening that significant improvements are being mapped out for the Berne City Building before final plans continue for Swiss Days. “We need to do maintenance with the Berne City Building,” said McKean. “We need painting; there is a lot in need of repair. We need to replace doors, replace some windows and replace the plywood above some of the big doors.”
