County Engineer Tim Barkey opened bids for the paving of County Road 200 East from Indiana 124 south to State Road 218. The engineer’s estimate on the project was $853,630. The bid from the five vendors — Brooks Construction (Ft. Wayne), E&B Paving (Huntington), Milestone Contractors (Indianapolis), the Shelly Company (Findlay, Ohio), and All-Star Paving (Seymour) ranged from $734,833 to $1,186,941.
