Commissioners handle year-end details

The Adams County Commissioner on Tuesday held their last meeting of 2016 and spent their time cleaning up some last-minute details. County Engineer Tim Barkey had the commissioners approve a bid from VTF Excavating of Celina, Ohio for Culvert C-347. Their bid was $266,315.04. This culvert is located on Winchester Road between county roads 900 North and 300 West. He also had auditor Mary Beery encumber $375,492.45 in funds from this year that will be used next year.
