Community unites to assist Berne man fighting cancer

August 20, 2015 will go down as an infamous day never to be forgotten for Berne resident Justin Fickert. It was on that day that Fickert learned what was prohibiting him to swallow and encountering other health problems. At the time, he was diagnosed with esophageal/stomach cancer.
