Compromise reached on horseshoe concerns
Within days of the completion of the paving of County Road 200 East, damage from Amish horse shoes to the $700,000 paving project, began to appear. County Highway Superintendent Lonnie Caffe had discussed the problem with some area Amish leaders and Wednesday, at the weekly meeting of the Adams County Commissioners, several Amish were in attendance.
