For the second time in less than a week, another storm outbreak grew beyond expectations late Sunday afternoon and evening. From 4:30 p.m. on Sunday until nearly 8 p.m., weather radios in the area were going off and radio and television stations were constantly interrupted by severe thunderstorm warnings throughout the area.
