Berne City Council appropriates CEDIT spending plan over next two years

The Berne City Council took action at Monday’s meeting to approve appropriation of CEDIT money over the next two-year cycle. Berne clerk-treasurer Gwen Maller noted that CEDIT money is generally appropriated over a two-year span and the approved monies on Monday evening are for the 2016-2017 plan.
