County opens jail to federal prisoners

The Adams County Council and the Adams County Commissioners both met on Tuesday morning at the Adams County Government Annex in Decatur. It was the first meeting of the year for the council and its president, Tony Mellencamp, was called on to break a tie in a vote on an item that turned out to be rather controversial.
