Adams County Highway Superintendent Lonnie Caffee handed out a sheet to the Adams County Commissioners at their Tuesday meeting, explaining the various travel alerts. The lowest level is yellow or advisory. This means that routine travel or activities may be restricted in areas because of a hazardous situation, and individuals should use caution or avoid these areas. Road conditions are poor.
