Decatur man sentenced on sexual misconduct charges

Michael P. Swygart, 42, of Decatur was sentenced yesterday in the Adams Circuit Court by Judge Chad Kukelhan. Swygart was convicted of one count of child molesting and two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor after a two-day jury trial held on February 28 and March 1. Each offense is a level 4 felony.
