A fresh mixture of new businesses along with long-time establishments is bringing a renewed flow of traffic to downtown Berne says long-time businessman Ron Sprunger. “We can tell that traffic has really picked up downtown,” said Sprunger, lifetime manager of Richard’s Jewelry Store. “With the addition of several new stores, there are a lot more shoppers coming around here.”
