​New county employee, Misty Gehres, was introduced to the Adams County Council by Sandy Vogelwede, the head of the soil and water conservation office. Gehres and her husband farm 250 acres in Preble Township and she has been a Farm Bureau board member for 24 years. Her job title will be assistant conservationist.
