Groh steps up, helps Starfires hold off Central
Part of the defensive strategy employed by Adams Central during its 52-49 varsity boys basketball loss to South Adams was to lay off JD Groh and to concentrate more on Jared Grabau and Marcus Teeter. Groh was more than up to the challenge as he tallied the first five points for the Starfires to get his team off to a great start.
