Highway department receives bids for 2017

Adams County Highway Superintendent Lonnie Caffee opened bids for materials, fuel and machine rental for 2017 at the Tuesday meeting of the Adams County Commissioners. Bids were received from Geels Excavating of Decatur and Fleming Excavating of Decatur for machine rental and backhoe work. Wayne Asphalt and Brooks Construction both of Fort Wayne, E&B Paving of Huntington submitted a bid on asphalt material.
