Hilty sentenced to 10 years for rape charges

Monday afternoon, Adams County Circuit Court Judge Chad Kukelhan sentenced southern Adams County resident, Willis Hilty, age 31, to 10 years in the Indiana Department of Correction with two years suspended, meaning he will serve eight years, explained Adams County Prosecutor Jeremy Brown.
