As the calendar edges toward November, the final touches are being put on the new Adams County Jail. Joe Hoffman, from Construction Controls, Incorporated, gave a monthly update to the county commissioners at their Tuesday morning meeting. The only things that need to be finished outside the building are some landscaping and seeding, while on the interior of the building, finish work continues.
