Jay County to host annual Fiber Arts Festival

The 14th annual Jay County Fiber Arts Festival will be held at the Jay Community Center, located at 115 E. Water Street, March 10 and 11. Friday’s events will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday’s shows will continue from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. In addition, there will be special classes on Thursday night (March 9) from 5 to 8 p.m.
