State Representative Matt Lehman told those attending the 2018 Ag Extravaganza in Decatur on Thursday evening that something has to be done to address small townships who have bloated budgets. Lehman noted that French Township in Adams County maintains a budget of $49,000 while other townships the same size in other parts of the state have budgets of over $125,000.
