Monroe packed with 4-H crowd Tuesday

The traditional 4-H Parade plus the Adams County 4-H Ambassador Program drew a huge crowd to the 4-H Fairgrounds on a typical sticky July evening on Tuesday. As always, a large crowd enjoyed the 4-H food stand, industrial displays and exhibits prior to the hour long 7 p.m. parade.
