Planning continues for refurbishing of Parr Road

In an abbreviated Berne City Council meeting on Monday evening, City Attorney David Baumgartner announced that three more properties would be included in the area of Parr Road being refurbished. Baumgartner said that letters have been sent to the owners and his office is waiting for a reply.
