​The Adams County Commissioners received a number of reports from various department heads at their regular weekly meeting Tuesday morning. The Adams County Animal Shelter submitted its September report, noting that during the month the shelter housed eight dogs and eight cats. Five of the dogs were claimed, and the shelter is still housing eight cats and three dogs. The shelter forwarded $100 in fees to the Adams County Treasurer.
