Knowing what we should do and acting accordingly is a universal struggle. If you have a conscious, you've experienced it. Alan Ringger, of rural Adams County, recently wrote a book addressing this issue. Who Am I? Why Do I Do What I Do? came out in November. Ringger spent the first half of the book exploring the struggle.
