Sale of school property closing date extended

The South Adams School Board was informed the original 60 days of the due diligence period is coming to an end but that the closing would be delayed due to some Recognized Environmental Conditions (REC) within the the site assessment report received by the purchaser on Friday. The purchaser needs some time to study the report, so they will be extending the due diligence period another 30 days.
