South Adams Superintendent Scott Litwiller and high school principal Trent Lehman proposed to the school board Tuesday night that the board approve a new Area 18 class that would focus on computer science careers and technical education. South Adams would host the class, and it would be open for other students of Area 18 to enroll. Litwiller shared that a staff person would need to be hired, and it would most likely be a part-time position for at least the first year of the class.
