Jessica Thieme, executive director for the United Way of Adams County, recently noted that board members are in the process of dialoguing with those requesting allocations for the next campaign. Thieme noted that the local United Way is able to be generous in fulfilling requests because 98 percent of funding stays locally in Adams County.
