Wastewater in sewer system concern for Monroe

The Town of Monroe has a problem with storm water entering the town's sewer system, according to Wessler Engineering, the firm with which the town is working for its upcoming sewer and water project. Joe Bartos, a project engineer with Wessler, presented information and recommendations to the Monroe Town Council at last night's meeting.
