Bonita H. Noll
Bonita H. “Bonnie” Noll, 82, of Decatur passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. She was born on Saturday, January 27, 1934 in Adams County to Delmas N. and Vada E. (Hough) Roe. She was married on June 14, 1953 in Fort Wayne to Robert E. Noll.
She was a member of the Decatur Church of God; the Tri-State Tractor & Engine Association; and the G.E. Women's Retirement Group. She was a children’s Sunday school teacher for many years. She retired on September 15, 1989 from General Electric with 30 years of service.
She is survived by her husband of Decatur; two daughters, Melanie Black of Decatur; and Michele (David) Moses of Kalamazoo, Michigan; two brothers, Deryll Roe; and Dennis Roe, both of Monroe; sister, Patricia (Robert) Braun of Decatur; five grandchildren, Jason (Kim) Black; Tim Black; Matthew (Angela) Moses; Marcus Moses; and Michaela Moses; five great-grandchildren, Skylar and Gavin Black; Maya and Ruby Moses; and Elyzian Moses; four step-great-grandchildren, Chris, Zachary, Tyler, and Timothy Hensley; two step-great-great-grandchildren, Aiden and Jaxon Hensley; and her faithful companion, Molly.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Marge Rich; and four brothers, Don, Ronnie, Roger, and Richard Roe.
Visitation will be from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 26 at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home in Decatur. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 27 at the funeral home. Officiating will be Pastor Ernie Suman. Burial will be at Decatur Cemetery.
