Christopher Diaz

Christopher Diaz was stillborn at 11:06 p.m. on Monday, July 4, 2016 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne following an automobile accident in which his mother was involved. His parents are Michael Cicatko and Elisa (Bond) Diaz, both of Berne.

Visitation will be two hours prior to the 11:00 a.m. funeral service on Saturday, July 16 at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home in Decatur. Officiating will be Pastor Tony Cicatko.
