Pauline M. Dubach

Pauline Marie Dubach, 85, of Berne passed away at 12:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at Swiss Village in Berne, where she had been a resident since 2013. She was born on June 21, 1931 in Bluffton to Clarence and Geneva (Gifford) Croy. She was married in 1989 to Louis “Jerry” Dubach.

She was a 1949 graduate of Bluffton High School. She was a member of Six Mile Church and attended High Street United Methodist Church in Geneva. She worked at Hook’s Drug Store for over 20 years and was a housewife.

She is survived by two sons, Randall L. (Jodi) Gentis of Bluffton; and Steven K. (Brad Wheeler) Gentis of Seattle, Washington; three daughters, Jennifer M. Mayer of Bluffton; Patricia A. (Keith) Terhune of Olympia, Washington; and Mary Lou Gentis (Mitch Zoll) of Muncie; two brothers, Jerry (Teresa) Croy of Fort Wayne; and Don (Virginia) Croy of Vera Cruz; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband on October 4, 2013; and sister, Judy Cotton.

Visitation will be three hours prior to the 2:00 p.m. funeral service on Wednesday, October 5 at Goodwin-Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel, 3220E SR 124, Bluffton. Burial will be at Six Mile Cemetery in Bluffton. Officiating will be Pastor Michelle Isch.

Memorials may be made to the Wells County Foundation (Clarence and Geneva Croy Fund) or Six Mile Church.
