Berne Chamber hands out annual honors to Richard’s Jewelry, McKean

A local business and local citizen were chosen to be honored by the Berne Chamber of Commerce at this year’s annual dinner. Richard’s Jewelry was chosen as Business of the Year and Dick McKean was chosen as the Citizen of the Year. In addition, Rev. Jerry Flueckiger was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
