Blocked alley draws concern at Berne council meeting

Berne resident Houston Logsdon approached Berne City Council on Monday evening about his concerns over a blocked alley behind his house at 517 West Compromise Street. The culprit is a full garden located in the middle of the alley that serves those living on Compromise Street to the south of the alley and Hoosier Street to the north.
