Adams Central will vie for its first sectional title in four years Friday evening after advancing through the semi-final round of the Norwell Sectional Thursday night. The Jets beat Bellmont 4-1 and will face Norwell for the team title at 4:30 p.m. Friday. Norwell defeated South Adams 3-2 in a very tight match. The Jets (14-3) swept the doubles matches from Norwell. Jenni Baumer and Randi Bebout were 6-4, 6-3 winners at number one, while Sarah Liter and Grace Faurote were 7-6 (2), 6-4 winners at number two.
