Cooperation highlighted in State of County address

Over 60 county employees and interested residents gathered at Woodcrest Retirement Community on Monday to hear Adams County Commissioner Doug Bauman give the annual state of the county address. Bauman developed his speech around the theme, “one foot today, one foot tomorrow,” and then carried it through in reviewing the accomplishment and progress of county departments in 2016.
