Some of Barb McDonald’s earliest memories are that of pretending she was teaching school to her favorite dolls. At a very young age, McDonald said, she would line up her dolls and give them lessons on what she thought was important. As a youth, she taught Bible school, tutored migrants and was a cadet teacher.
