Central girls win own invitational

Emily Bluhm scored two individual wins and led Adams Central’s girls to the team title in the annual Adams Central track and field invitational Friday night. The Jets finished with 120 points. Second place Northfield finished with 97.5 points. Bluhm won the 100-meter hurdles in 16.5 and took the long jump in 16’0.5”. Makayla Free won the shot put in 32’9.5” and Lindsey Reinhard cleared 4’10” to win the high jump. Central also won the 4 x 100 relay in 53.56.
