Adams County Sheriff Shane Rekeweg and ten officers at the Adams County Jail are named in a wrongful death civil suit filed on behalf of Jason Oswalt, serving as a special administrator of the estate of Jeremy Oswalt, who died while incarcerated on September 28, 2016 in the former Adams County Jail site.
